Nadia is a consultant, storyteller, facilitator, and team builder with over two decades of experience in systems innovation, healthcare, leadership development, and organizational culture.

Through Idea Labs, she fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and belonging in partnership with non-profit organizations, government institutions, and small businesses. Since launching Idea Labs, Nadia has worked with over 35 companies and non-profit organizations to advance company culture through training, leadership coaching and organizational strategy efforts.

Nadia uses a trauma-informed lens, therapeutic communication techniques, and adult learning principles. She draws from her lived and professional experience to support organizations in leadership development, team dynamics, and strategic growth.​

Nadia's academic background includes studies in health policy and management, public health, and Spanish. Nadia is a graduate of New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and Rutgers University.

In her spare time, Nadia enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and baking, being outdoors, and building community.
